L-Att dwar il-Protezzjoni u l-Privatezza tad-Data 2001 għadda fl-14 ta' Diċembru 2001 u ġie fis-seħħ fil-15 ta' Lulju 2003. Għalhekk aħna nikkunsidraw li għandna dmir legali biex nirrispettaw u nipproteġu kwalunkwe nformazzjoni personali li niġbru mingħandkom u dan id-dmir nirrispettawh. Nieħdu s-salvagwardji kollha neċessarji biex nipprevjenu aċċess mhux awtorizzat u ma ngħaddux id-dettalji miġbura mingħandkom, bħala viżitaturi, lil xi terzi persuni jew Dipartiment tal-Gvern sakemm intom ma tagħtuniex il-kunsens tagħkom.
