Diagnosis and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections
Counseling and testing for HIV
Other genital conditions not necessarily sexually acquired
The clinic operates on the essential factor of
ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIALITY. No information is given to
ANYBODY
without the patient's EXPRESS (and written) permission. All patients
are given a unique code number, and only this number appears on all request
forms. Unlike other clinics patients do not need a doctor's referral ticket, but
can phone the doctor in charge directly for an appointment.
The treatment and counseling is given free to ALL (maltese and tourists). When calling for an appointment on
telephone number 21227981 you will probably be answered by an answering machine,
which is only used by the doctor-in-charge. Patients can therefore confidently
leave their contact details.
