Lectures by IDCU to Family Doctors


The Department for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, in collaboration with the Malta College of Family Doctors, is organizing a certificate course on public health topics that are of interest to family doctors. These will include Food borne illnesses, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, HIV and Aids, Hepatitis A, B and C, Influenza/avian flu, Antimicrobial resistance and other infectious diseases.

 

The course will consist of 14 lectures, two evenings per month on Tuesdays from March to June and September to December.

 

The venue is the Victoria Hotel, Sliema at 8.30 p.m. sharp. Refreshments sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline will be available after each talk.
