Importation of rice and rice products as
indicated above originating from China is only allowed if a
consignment of these products is accompanied by the following
documents:
(a)
An original analytical report based on
the construct-specific method developed by D. Made et al.,
issued by an official or accredited laboratory, or
(b)
An original analytical report issued
by a Chinese accredited laboratory, the analytical report shall
be endorsed by the relevant competent authority.
Such report shall demonstrate that the
product does not contain, consist or is not produced from
genetically modified rice Bt 63.
